Here are some guideline to design complimentary printed t-shirt

When making this T-shirt, you may want to learn what printing process to use. Although heat press and screen printing are the two most common and popular printing methods these days, we will describe three more methods.

It's important to keep customers coming. Customers will exit the sales pipeline if they don't get what they want.

Customers are clever; they know the different printing methods. In your career, you'll see that your customer's large percentage love a certain printing method.

They sell fast when you model a t-shirt. Before you start, check these different methods to see what appeals to them.

I saw customers complain about their order because it doesn't suit their taste and expectations. It can happen to you, and that's why you need to know your clients.

Here are five different printing methods:

1.       Screen Printing

2.       Direct To Garments(DTG)

3.       Dye Sublimation

4.       Heat Press Printing

5.       Vinyl Cutting

Screen Printing:

 Another name is silkscreen printing.

To do this, you'll need a stencil and a nylon mesh. You set up the nylon mesh-holding stencil. A waterproof material blocks the negative space you want.

Negative space is the only dye-permeable part. Ink floods into the screen.

The screen printing method is ideal for high-quality t-shirt designs as it ensures ultimate design replication. The screen printing methods provide a unique, cute and impressive look with that customer love.

For your company, many businesses use screen printing methods to mass-produce t-shirt designs. If you want a single or exclusive model, it may be difficult.

This approach supports one colour per screen. Not suitable for super-complex multi-colour models.

Direct To Garments(DTG):

Including screen printing, hobbyists are also popular. It's easy to do, but you'll need knowledge and skills if you don't get professional help. All you need is fabric printer and ink.

DTG functions as an office paper printer. The only difference is that the ink is going to the material. First, you need to upload the model to the machine, creating individuality and imagination.

Direct to Garment system is excellent for super-complex design printing. This gives the hands a comfortable feel when handling the final design. The ink used doesn't create thick extra shirt layers because it's thin.

There's one thing, though. Using a lower fabric printer, you can end up with a low-resolution format of dot patterns. You can't use this method to build a dark fabric layout because it's thin and won't look good. DTG is less durable and can fade in a year or less.

Dye Sublimation:

Dye sublimation works well on shirts or fabrics. It costs to manufacture a dye-sub, but the consumer ends up with a good, expert shirt.

To achieve the best results in this process, you need a deep knowledge of dye sublimation. Dye sublimation is ideal for printing polyester-like fabrics. They're unforgiving to add cotton cloth to the scene.

You'll need a water-specific dye form. The liquid squeezes when it meets the polyester material. As dried well, it solidifies on the material, so you may apply heat and pressure to sublimate.

Once exposed to heat and stress, solid fabric is fuel. The fabric molecules then stretch, and the gas sips between the gap in the cloth. Basically, molecules contract again when you remove heat.

Dye sublimation is excellent for printing shirts with minimal durable designs. Shirt sublimation is durable and looks cute.

Heat Press Printing:

If you have limited shirt orders, heat-press printing is economical. This saves you time and money.

This technique uses a template written on transfer paper. Here's how this works.

You take a shirt, press the best vinyl heat transfer, then apply heat and pressure — a similar approach to dye sublimation with slight differences. You do the process until the heat softens the paper's dye until it gets under the fabric.

You take the glossy paper transfer and strip off the dye which leaves you on the shirt with the expected model.

When you work with super-complex designs, the heat and press approach is perfect for you. Nevertheless, the transparent dye will not work well with dark fabrics.

Shirts printed by heat-pressing are robust

Vinyl Cutting:

A special soft fabric is cut into shapes or patterns and transferred to a shirt. Then these special designs are put on the t-shirt using heat-press process.

With this process, you can print and manufacture one-off designs in large numbers. It's the best alternative to print numerous garment styles.

The vinyl cutting machine lets you use different layers to print different design colours. Vinyl cutting is used in sportswear, advertising or graphics.

However, it suffers from one thing: they are parts of letter-types you can't use with. Vinyl cutting T-shirts are durable.

Conclusion:

Until choosing the best way to print your t-shirt, you must first consider your customers. Take a survey to find out which approaches he reacts best.this is the whole procedure related to garment printing I hope it is helpful in your business
